Kelly brings a powerful mix of energy, precision, and leadership to the ETS floor. As a coach and manager, he leads by example—combining technical coaching skills with a deep passion for helping members push past their limits and stay consistent.

With a background in functional training and Olympic lifting, Kelly is all about smart movement, solid technique, and creating a high-performance environment where people can thrive. Whether running a Hyrox session or jumping into a Dabbler class, he’s known for keeping energy high and expectations higher.

From post-workout Muscle, Nation shakes to calling “lightweight, baby!” before a big lift, Kelly’s coaching style is equal parts focused and fun.
